The Freedom Pillow is the perfect balance between neutral color and African flare. Each one is handcrafted by our artisans in Gisenyi, Rwanda from Kuba Cloth, a textile unique in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Kuba cloths are handwoven using the strands from raffia palm leaves that have been dyed in a variety of earth tones using vegetable dyes. We source ours from an artisan group just across the border from us in Goma, DRC.
